Elemental Scientific Acquires Meinhard and Lato Scientific

Elemental Scientific announces the purchase of MEINHARD Glass Products and Lato Scientific Glassworks from Analytical Reference Material International (ARMI) of Golden, Colorado.

MEINHARD specializes in high quality glass and quartz nebulizers. Lato is known for producing the highest quality quartz and glass sample introduction components for ICP and ICPMS instruments. Both companies will continue to operate from their current locations in Golden, Colorado. Brian Lato, the company founder, will continue to head Lato Scientific. Dr. Geoff Coleman will continue to lead Meinhard, as he has since 2002.
